Decolonizing Foodways Symposium At UC Berkeley

For the culinary portion of this event, Bryant (along with chefs Alieen Suzara and Saqib Keval) will prepare one of three courses, in the form of a simple small plate dish. He will introduce their course and it's relation to the topic of decolonizing foodways, and participants will be invited to discuss a framing question with each course.  For more information visit here.
