Gala Dinner for the 72nd Regular Session of the UN General Assembly

Along with chefs Mary Sue Milliken of Boarder Grill and Dan Barber of Blue Hill/Blue Hill at Stone Barns Bryant is co-creating the menu for a gala dinner kicking off the 72nd Regular Session of the United Nations General Assembly.  The vision of their menu is to underscore Sustainable Development Goal #2:  To end hunger, achieve food security, improve nutrition, and promote sustainable agriculture.
