In this interview with NYU Arts & Science, bryant reflects on his path from studying history at NYU to developing a multidisciplinary studio practice spanning sculpture, photography, sound, video, and social practice. He discusses returning to school later in life to earn an MFA in Art Practice at UC Berkeley and how that experience deepened his exploration of memory, resilience, liberation, and the possibilities of working across disciplines.
