bryant will be doing several events on at the University of Vermont from February 2nd through 4th. On Monday, February 2 UVM Dining Services will host bryant for a culinary demo and conversation from 4-5:30. On Tuesday, February 3 from 11am-1:30pm, Waterman Manor will host bryant for an exclusive dining experience, featuring a menu composed of dishes from bryant’s books.
